What is Shadow Work?
Shadow Work is the process of DELVING into the recesses of one’s subconscious mind to guide it with a loving and compassionate hand to work harmoniously in tandem with your SOUL VISION, and to bring into your daily consciousness, that which you wish to positively manifest with UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. This as a most basic explanation is what it entails. I’m offering it in this manner because one’s numerous personality archetypes live within the subconscious mind and often enough, 95 % or more of the time, tends to run wild and unchecked thus derailing the ‘soul vision impetus’ due to it existing as a master of the soul together with the ‘mind/ego’ whereas it should be the humble servant of the soul or immortal radiance within you.
This is the kind of work that requires one to be brave and courageous, accepting all the unpleasant crappy parts of you, kicking, screaming or crying. There are NO exceptions here, every individual on the planet has this aspect. It’s up to you to take that FIRST scary step to develop your soul by assuming the driver seat and not the passenger seat. Ultimately, this work is about creating a happy harmonious reunion and permanent union of these aspects of self without one’s life being a hotbed of suffering but rather enjoying soulful flow with happiness, light and unconditional love!
Please set aside at least 4-7 hrs for our session as I’ve found an hour to discuss your findings too little. A report is mailed to you either prior or after said session. Please note that this work is for adults from 18 upwards . For those under the age requirement, parental consent must be provided in written form & signed by said parent or parents.
